The dates are set!

Please note that my blog and website are not ready yet, but you're free to have a look anyway.

My journey begins on the 11th of July!

I hope to experience many things during the 3 weeks I'll be staying in Japan, but I also need time to relax as well. There's no turning back now... I made sure to not pay extra for the option to cancel the tickets. :)

Tickets are sorted out, and I need a place to live. I've (so far) decided to find an apartment via Sakura House.

I can choose to live in the following areas:
  • Shinjuku, JR Chuo line
  • Shibuya, Harajuku, Meguro
  • Azabu, Roppongi, Hiroo
  • Shinagawa, Gotanda
  • Otemachi, Ginza, Nihombashi
  • Asakusa, Ueno, Akihabara
  • Ikebukuro, Itabashi ward
I would like a place somewhere near central Tokyo. I still need to figure this out, though. Most of the apartments are both small and expensive. Smaller and more expensive the closer to central Tokyo.

This is also good because the airport I chose the Narita Int'l Airport (cheaper and shorter flight).

Update: I have found reserved an apartment (none of these, though).
So far, I have found alright apartments in the following areas:
    • Sakashita, Itabashi-ku [nice apartment but a bit far away]
    • Aoto, Katsushika-ku [Fast and easy access from Narita Int'l Airport by Skyliner]
    • Sakura, Setagaya-ku
